This includes tests like X-ray, computerized tomography scan, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It is as vital to maintain a healthy diet and follow a stretching and strengthening exercise routine to help your knee heal faster.
Knee injuries shouldn't be taken lightly. They might compound into even bigger problems in the long run. Therefore, it’s advisable to apply the necessary first aid right away. Most of the time, knee injuries can be treated at home. However, some might be more serious and may require immediate medical attention.
