Of the EEA member states, we only ship to Norway and Switzerland. Please note that import duties might be added by carrier. Orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland will be charged without Dutch 6% VAT. Please note that our carrier UPS will charge local VAT and duties when shipment arrives to Norway or Switzerland and that they will contact you for payment before final delivery.

When you choose delivery at checkout, please note that you need to choose whether you want to have your package delivered to a UPS Access Point or at your home address (delivery address). The delivery price is the same no matter what option you choose. What’s important is which option is more convenient for you.
Delivery to Access Point:
A UPS Access Point can be located e.g. in a post office, supermarket or mall. When choosing this option, you don’t have to be home to receive your package from UPS delivery staff. Choose an Access Point at checkout, and pick up your package at the selected UPS Access Point when you prefer to do so.
Delivery to your Home Address:
If you select this delivery option, please choose your home address as your delivery address.
When you choose home delivery and you are not at home to receive your parcel, UPS will try to deliver the parcel through your letterbox, if the parcel allows it. If you are not home to receive your parcel, UPS will deliver it on the same day to a nearby UPS Access Point (only in Benelux, DE, FR, ES, UK, IT, Pl, The Nordics, AT).
If there is no UPS Access Point nearby (max. 7 km from your chosen delivery address) UPS makes a 2nd or even 3rd attempt to deliver your parcel at your home address. UPS always makes sure you are aware where and how you can collect your package via their tracking solutions.
After failure to deliver your parcel at the third attempt, your package will be returned to our logistics center in The Netherlands.
In case you do not contact Life Extension Europe Customer Service, we will refund the total amount to your account, excluding shipping costs.
