This comprehensive and innovative formula includes four clinically studied nutrients for joint support:
AprèsFlex® Boswellia
The compounds in Boswellia extract are demonstrated to bind directly to 5-LOX, which is an enzyme that transforms fatty acids into inflammatory factors like leukotriene B4. (1,2) Boswellia can inhibit 5-LOX activity at the cellular level.
In a placebo-controlled clinical trial, Boswellia extract supported freedom of movement and helped relieve joint discomfort in just 8 weeks. (3)
Another randomized clinical study found similar results with the benefits continuing for another four weeks. (4)
Undenatured NT2 Collagen™
NT2 Collagen™ is a novel form of undenatured type II collagen that can support a healthy inflammation response in tendons and cartilage.
Research concludes that undenatured collagen helps relieve minor joint discomfort and encourages healthy, comfortable joint function. (5-7)
One placebo-controlled, double-blind study found that undenatured type II collagen provided relief by 33% and increased joint comfort scores by 40% in just 90 days. (7)
Glucosamine & boron
Randomized controlled clinical trials have shown that glucosamine helps maintain comfortable joint function and, used long-term, helps support healthy joint structure. (8,9)
ArthroMax® Advanced with NT2 Collagen™ & AprèsFlex® also provides boron, a mineral that can promote healthy bones and joints.
Moreover, this formula uses a special form of boron, calcium fructoborate, that in a clinical trial promoted joint function and comfort. (10)
