Coupon/campaign codes are special codes that you type in on the checkout page in order to claim a product discount of varying types. They will be given out through promotions such as special offers, competitions, etc.

From start 2021, new security requirements for online payments will come into effect in the European Economic Area (the second Payment Services Directive, also called PSD2). With this EU directive, all online payments by credit card to EUIPO will have a new layer of security involving strong customer authentication (SCA) to protect the consumer rights and to limit fraudulent use of cards.

No matter which shipping service you choose we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, within 24 hours on normal business days or on the same day, if you order before 11:00 CET (Monday to Friday).
The average delivery time is 2-4 business days, and Express Saver is 1-2 days depending on your location. Periods where you may experience delays - during high discount campaigns with a high level of orders, holiday season, weekends, and if the country/ local restrictions occur as during Corona outbreak.

All our boxes are made from recycled paper material. The delivery boxes need to have room for internal padding such as bubble wrap to provide adequate protection for the products during transport.

We are constantly working on optimizing our use of materials without compromising the quality of transport and delivery of goods.
Our plastic bottles are made from High-Density Poly-Ethylene (HDPE) Plastic, which is the most recyclable and reusable form of all plastic types. Furthermore, HDPE Plastic does not contaminate its contents, and it does not expose the products to damage from light and moisture, which is why it is ideal for transporting foods and/or supplements. It has a higher strength to density ratio than other common plastics, it's more flexible, and it can withstand higher temperatures than other kinds of plastic, furthering its suitability for transporting supplements.
Yes. We ship to the following European Union border countries: San Marino, Vatican City, Campione d'Italia - Livigno, Norway, Switzerland, England, Wales, and Scotland.
Please note that import duties may be imposed by your carrier, and parcels must go through customs here, which may extend delivery time - unless you are ordering to a UK address where we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that you as a customer will not pay any extra duties or tariffs.
Free delivery means that we cover your shipping costs. If you have a cart valued €69 ex. delivery cost, you can choose Home Standard at check-out for free. In case you can only choose Express Saver, we recommend upgrading to Premier membership or subscribing to our newsletter for notification on free delivery campaigns.
If you are at a destination e.g. Canary Islands, you will only be able to choose the Express Saver solution. And this is not available for free shipping. However, if you are a Premier member you will receive compensation.
Depending on your location, you can choose the delivery option of UPS, DHL, and/or GLS and select Home Standard. However, UPS Express Saver is not included in free shipping.

The new safety conditions at our warehouse are no longer causing delays in shipping the products; however, the higher demand for potent nutritionals may trigger backorders and delays in delivery. Additionally, we experience increasing restrictions from our delivery partners to specific postal codes.

I.e. if you purchase 3 times a year for home delivery, you'll pay €21 unless you wait for a Free shipping campaign. As a Premier you pay €20 for free shipping always, with no limit (except UPS Express Saver), while also earning double in bonus points per purchase plus receiving extra benefits too.
Bonus points are value points that you earn on every purchase. You can use these points towards future purchases whenever you please, however, they expire in one year so we recommend spending the Bonus points during the mentioned time frame.
If the value of the product you are buying with your Bonus points does not exceed your point balance, you will keep the difference. Bonus points cannot be exchanged into cash, and they must be used in our online store.
Basic customers receive 2% Bonus points of the total order sum with every purchase. Premier customers receive 4% Bonus points of the total order sum with every purchase.
When you log on to our website, go into your account and choose “Bonus points”. There, you will be able to see your Bonus points balance.

Yes, we have products specially designed for both men and women. To see an overview of our products for men or women, select “Health topic” from the navigation menu and go to either Men’s health or Women’s health.
Most of our brands are from the US, and certain ingredients are subject to regulatory restriction according to laws in the Netherlands where we operate.
Although we would be happy to distribute all of our products, we are unfortunately prohibited from carrying the complete selection because we are working under the guidelines of the Dutch Food Safety Authority, NVWA.
For this reason, we do not have all of the products that you might be able to find on our brand's direct websites.
To move past this, we often reformulate products to make them match Dutch and European supplementation standards and regulations, allowing us to offer as many products to the European market as possible. For example, if you choose to purchase the Two-Per-Day supplement from the US, the B6 level will be too high for us to sell according to EU standards. The redeveloped product we carry will be compliant, as we're reformulating to lower such levels, while not compromising the overall quality and high standard of our brand.

On the product page, it says if the product is in stock next to the product image. If the product is out of stock, you will see when the product is expected back in stock.

A tracking notification should automatically be sent to you from your shipping provider within two days. Please check if you have received a tracking notification via e-mail from your chosen shipping provider.
You will be sent tracking notifications regularly until your parcel arrives at its destination. If you cannot find your tracking notification in your e-mail box, please check your spam folder.
If you still can’t find your tracking notification, please contact our Customer Care agents to resolve this topic. Our Customer Care agents will be able to re-send you a link with a tracking number for your parcel.

A: Because the demand is so high when an “out of stock” product is “in stock” again, you might have experienced that the product is already “out of stock” when you received the notification.
