With fast hassle-free delivery and a multi-language Customer Care team and health advisors to guide you, we are dedicated to helping you live healthier.

We ship directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands through our trusted Shipping Partner UPS. Please see below the information about your destination’s shipping options.



FREE Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on orders above € 40. 

If you receive FREE Shipping it will be delivered by the lowest cost-solution for your destination.*

* Never on Express Saver. All customers can receive FREE shipping on orders above € 40 when they choose a Pickup location or Home Delivery only when Pickup location is not an option. Free shipping is not available on Express Saver, meaning customers with destinations with only Express Saver as a shipping option. 

Note - as a Premier member you get free shipping no limit, on both on Pickup location and Home delivery. Ex. on Express Saver.

Flat Rates & Customs Information

We aim to offer a selection of low-cost delivery solutions plus free shipping, and hassle-free shopping experience.

Despite currency exchange variations and Duties & Taxes on our US products, we offer Retail Prices with VAT, duties and no hidden surprises.

Only on countries outside EU and border territories - note our shipping rates are fixed. That means that customers who ship to addresses outside the EU pay the same shipping fees as customers who place orders delivered inside the EU. Moreover, customers who order to addresses outside the EU do not pay VAT on products bought in our shop. Products delivered to addresses outside the EU might be subjected to additional local import duties, which will be paid by the customer.

That there may be duty costs to the following countries/territories: Canary Islands, San Marino, Vatican City, Campione d’Italia – Livigno, Norway Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. Any additional duty fees imposed by customs in these countries/territories will be added to the total purchase sum of your order. If questions, please check your local custom rules or contact our Customer Care.

Return Policy

You are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee - and a 100-day return policy!

In case you need to return a product, due to damage or if you want to use our extra-long 100 days return policy. Send the product including invoice number to the following address:

Note - we don’t cover the return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over € 75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

What is the delivery time?

No matter which shipping service you choose we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, within 24 hours on normal business days or on the same day, if you order before 14:00 CET (Monday to Friday).

Average delivery time is 2-4 business days, and Express Saver is 1-2 days depending on your location.

Periods where you may experience delays - during high discount campaigns with high level of orders, holiday season, weekends, and if the country/ local restrictions occur as during Corona outbreak.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, UPS cannot guarantee deliveries within the estimated time frame for standard and express shipping.

How can I track my order?

To help you follow your order, please note you will get a few e-mails in the coming days after your order placement:

  • An order invoice confirming your purchase
  • An order confirmation and a notification stating that your order is being processed
  • A notification that your order is being shipped from our warehouse
  • In most cases, you will also receive a tracking mail or SMS from your chosen shipping partner when the products have been shipped. Please check your account information to make sure that your e-mail and mobile phone number are present for this to happen.
  • In most cases, you will receive a tracking mail or SMS from your chosen shipping partner when the products have been delivered.

If you haven’t received the order confirmation or the invoice within 2-3 business days after you have placed your order or information on a shipped order, please contact us so we can ensure a smooth process.

I can’t get Pickup location - so is free shipping not for me?

We offer FREE shipping at the lowest cost-solution at your destination ex. Express Saver. This means that if you can choose Pickup locations at check-out this will be your FREE Shipping option if you have an order value above € 40 ex shipping. If you wish to have Home Delivery, you can choose this option at a cost.

If you are not able to choose Pickup location as an option, your lowest cost-solution will be Home delivery.

If you are at a destination e.g. Canary Islands, you will only be able to choose the Express Saver solution. And this is not available for free shipping. However, if you are a Premier member you will receive € 5 in compensation every time you purchase, equal to shipping costs for everybody else.

Why did we update our shipping policy?

We have experienced an increase in lost packages as many of the delivery drivers don’t ask for a signature at home addresses due to current demand for social distance. Based on advice from our Shipping Partners to minimize this, we’ve updated our shipping options to prioritize Service/ Pickup Points.

Overview Shipping Options

Our warehouse ships within the same day if orders are placed Monday-Friday before 14:00 CET. Everything after that will be processed and shipped the next business day.

The average delivery time is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). So, orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed the following workday.

We have three different shipping options: Pickup location Delivery, Home Delivery, and UPS Express Saver.

The order is delivered by UPS to a Pickup location, a store chosen by you at check-out. If the parcel is not collected within 8 days, it will be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days. Saturday is becoming a possibility at most Pickup locations.

Home Delivery € 7

The order is delivered by UPS to your home address. UPS will make one delivery attempt at the home address. Then the order will go to the nearest Pickup location. If the parcel is not collected within 8 days, it will be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Express Saver - to your home € 15

The order is delivered by UPS to your home address. UPS will make one delivery attempt at the home address. Then the order will go to the nearest Pickup location. If the parcel is not collected within 8 days, it will be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time 1-2 days.

NOTE: Please not to write Pickup location address as your own address delivery as this can cause avoidable delays in delivery.

* The shipping concept will be available until the end of September. After which it will advance based on our customer feedback.
