For you, if you are looking for an ultra-absorbable form of Vitamin C and quercetin antioxidant support
The active ingredients in Fast-C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome:
- Comprise an ultra-absorbable and high-potency vitamin C formula
- Provide powerful support for immune system health
- Inhibit oxidative stress and inflammation
- Include bio-quercetin which is up to 50 times more absorbable than standard quercetin
- Include black pepper extract which encourages absorption and bioavailability
- Include a calcium-magnesium blend which eases sensitive stomachs
Vitamin C is an important natural immune system supporter and antioxidant. Fast C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome amplifies the many health benefits of vitamin C with its unique formulation by including both highly-absorbable quercetin and a unique calcium-magnesium mineral complex which makes it easy to tolerate - even for sensitive stomachs.

Health benefits at a glance:
Fast-C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome provides a very potent antioxidant formula that can amplify all the positive health impacts that vitamin C has on the body. The ingredients are delivered in an ultra-absorbable formula containing quercetin for extra antioxidant support.
Moreover, a calcium-magnesium blend offers protection for sensitive stomachs, making this an ideal product for anyone wanting a super-charged vitamin C or antioxidant formula.
Why it works:
Vitamin C is a potent natural antioxidant that has a profound impact on whole-body health benefits. This essential nutrient supports immune health, heart health, iron uptake, collagen formation, and more.
Moreover, Fast C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome also contains quercetin which helps inhibit oxidative stress caused by free radicals and also inhibits inflammation [4,5].
Quercetin also promotes both cardiovascular and endothelial health and helps maintain healthy blood pressure already within the normal range [6-11].
The fact that Fast C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome contains both quercetin and vitamin C, makes it an ideal vitamin C supplement since quercetin complements vitamin C’s whole-body health benefits.
Furthermore, our innovative bio-quercetin ingredient in this supplement is encased in a phytosome - a tiny phospholipid sphere that makes it up to 50 times more bioavailable than traditional quercetin [12].
Our Fast C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome also contains calcium and magnesium which neutralizes acid. This makes Fast C® the ideal vitamin C supplement for people with acid-sensitive stomachs.
Lastly, Fast C® and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome also contains piperine which is a substance found in black pepper that augments the absorption and bioavailability of nutrients like vitamin C [13].
The science behind the product:
Research has been done on vitamin C and it has shown that vitamin C can be a powerful antioxidant [15-22]. It can scavenge free radicals, can provide protection from oxidative stress [3-10]. Vitamin C can also stimulate iron absorption [23, 24].
Furthermore, it can also participate in the formation of collagen that supports arterial walls, skin, bones and teeth [17-19]. Vitamin C also plays a role in protection against environmental and physical stresses such as ingestion of heavy metals [24-29], cigarette smoking [30-33], compromised immunity [34-41] and extreme temperatures [29, 42-44].
There is a scientific evidence that specialized compounds in fruits and vegetables provide critical protection against free radical assault [45]. Quercetin is a bioflavonoid found in grape skins, onions, apples, buckwheat and other food sources.
Quercetin has a long tradition of use relieving the effects of seasonal immune challenges, and has been shown in clinical trials to encourage a healthy immune response in physically fit adults [46, 47] Quercetin helps inhibit oxidative stress and inflammation [48,49].
Quercetin also promotes both cardiovascular and endothelial health and helps maintain healthy blood pressure already within the normal range [50-55].
