Vitamin D deficiency is common among European children and adolescents, especially in certain risk groups such as children without adequate sun exposure. Supplementation with vitamin D is a convenient way to sustain sufficient 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels of >20 ng/ml.
A daily supply of at least 600 IU is recommended for children in Europe, while children ages 3-10 requiring more vitamin D can safely consume up to 2000 IU of vitamin D per day, and adolescents and adults up to 4000 IU per day.

DIRECTIONS:
