Health benefits at a glance:

Make sure that you get the quality of sleep you deserve with Enhanced Sleep without Melatonin, which contains the active ingredients bioactive milk peptides and Sendara®, a proprietary blend of ashwagandha and amla (Indian gooseberry).

These ingredients can help you support normal sleep and contribute to reducing stress, respectively.

Why it works:

Scientists attribute high stress levels in today’s everyday life as being a major culprit when it comes to sleep-related difficulties.  And to add insult to injury, the quality and duration of sleep is declining as we grow older — and that at a time when we need the health benefits of a good night's rest more than ever.

Decades of clinical research documents that a good night’s rest supports nearly all systems of the body, including: skin health and youthful appearance [1-4] healthy collagen formation [5-8] insulin levels already within normal range [9-11] healthy body weight [12,13] glucose levels already within normal range [14,15] blood pressure already within normal range [16,17] healthy cell division [18-20] cardiovascular health [21-24] and mood improvement [25-27].

That’s why Life Extension has developed Enhanced Sleep without Melatonin, which contains two natural compounds shown to support restful sleep, promote a healthy response to stress, and target sleep debt-related factors associated with skin aging.

The science behind the product:

Enhanced Sleep® without Melatonin contains two natural compounds that can promote better sleep and youthful appearance. First compound is bioactive milk peptides are popularly used in Europe to promote good and restful sleep patterns.

Published studies present that this compound can also promote relaxation, support daytime cognition and help with stress [28-30].

Researchers published a study about women who experienced sleep-related difficulties. Sixty-three women participated in the study. It was revealed that 65,5% of women experienced improvement in their symptoms with 150 mg per day of bioactive milk peptides [31].

In another similar study men and women who took 150 mg per day of bioactive milk peptides for one month experienced a 50% improvement in sleep quality [32]. Additionally, study participants needed 30% less time to fall asleep after 4 weeks [32].

Sendara® is a nutrient complex that consists of ashwagandha and Indian gooseberry extracts. These plant-based compounds acquired essential clinical validation. Indian gooseberry can provide antioxidant support and was used to maintain youthful skin health and appearance in many skin care products [33-36].

Ashwagandha can also promote a healthy response to stress. One clinical study reported that it can provide a 62% relaxation support with just 125 mg per day [37].
