Getting enough vitamin D

Life Extension recommends at least 75 µg (3000 IU) of vitamin D3 a day. This vitamin D3 supplement delivers 125 mcg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol per capsule. Your optimal blood levels should be 50–80 ng/ml year-round.
