Product details "Bone Restore with Vitamin K2"
Health benefits at a glance:

Most people are aware that calcium supports your bones. But what you might not realize is that dietary calcium requires adequate amounts of other vital nutrients to be most effective.

Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 can help maintain bone health and strength with highly absorbable calcium, vitamins K2 and D3, and important minerals like magnesium, boron, zinc, manganese, and silicon.

Why it works:

Although calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is a key component in building bone and teeth, most people don’t get enough calcium to offset the amount being lost over the course of aging.

Postmenopausal women commonly experience loss of bone mineral density but older men can also face this issue.

Moreover, many forms of calcium are not well-absorbed. Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 provides three types of calcium that are easy for the body to absorb.

Loss of bone density is not just associated with calcium deficiency alone. Vitamin D3 and K2 are essential for helping maintain strong, healthy bones and teeth.

Also adequate amounts of important minerals like magnesium, zinc, manganese, silicon, and boron must be available in the body so that calcium and phosphorus can be used to build bone strength.

The science behind the product:

Three types of calcium

Some forms of calcium supplements are better absorbed than others. (1) Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 provides a total of 700 mg of three types of easily absorbed calcium:

  • Calcium carbonate
  • Calcium citrate malate
  • Calcium bisglycinate

These are delivered in a capsule that ensures better utilization by the body.

Vitamins K2 & D3

Vitamin D is essential for absorbing calcium from the digestive tract into the bloodstream. (2,3)

And vitamin K2 helps maintain bone density by promoting calcium transport from the bloodstream into bone. (4-6)

Hence, vitamins D3 and K2 are essential for maintaining strong, healthy bones and teeth.

Magnesium, zinc & other bone-healthy minerals

  • Magnesium is necessary to maintain strong bones. (7) Bone Restore with Vitamin K2 offers 300 mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide.
  • Zinc, manganese and silicon are essential for healthy bone maintenance. (6,8,9) You have to have sufficient intake of these elements to encourage healthy bone formation. (6,10)
  • Boron is a trace mineral with beneficial effects for bone and joint strength. (9,11) This formula contains patented Fruitex B® OsteoBoron® made from a calcium/carbohydrate/boron complex similar to what’s found in fruits and vegetables.

How to use:

Take four (4) capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Scientific studies suggest calcium supplementation in divided doses with food in the morning and evening may yield the best results.

Maintaining an optimal vitamin D blood level also helps maximize calcium absorption.
